Refund/ Return/ Exchange Information and Policies

I'm so sure you'll love my products, that I offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Don't like something you bought? Return it and I'll be happy to issue a full refund or  exchange the item for something else.


Things to know about the 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.

-First, email me right away! ~> info@tru-artwear.ca

-If there is a problem with any of my S6 and RB products, I can usually solve the problem quickly and easy-peasy:):):). For an exchange, take a look at the next step.

-For my 'Trū Canadian Artwear' items there are a few more steps... the item must not have been used, smelly, dirty, stretched or ripped... you know what I'm talking about:). So, it has to be in the same condition that you received it.

-For these items, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (AOW), return it to the shipping address below:

-Once your item has been looked at, I'll email you whether your refund has been approved. Then I will refund it to the method of payment used. If a refund is not showing up on your method of payment in a timely manner (two weeks), contact me at info@tru-artwear.ca

Final Sale Items
Items marked 'final sale' on the bill or in an ad, sale, or promotion cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable:(. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are return shipping, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Sadly, if I don't get the return, I can't give a refund.
